We are pleased to inform you that we will shortly be commencing work at the East Leaze residential development, off Winston Road in Staindrop.
The development has taken its name following research into the history of the area from the archives at Raby Castle.
The earliest surviving map of this area dates from 1732 and names the area where the development will be placed as East Leaze. We thought it is a respectful nod to the past to use this name whilst also looking forward to an exciting new chapter in local history.
